Concept is definitely there. I like the rounded boxes. I've made a lot of skins using those. They always turn out very cleanly, and it certainly is the case there. Rollovers are really nice, and logo concept is pretty dang good. I'm starting to see a shift towards transparent background logos. When I did mine, I had only seen one like it. This is the 4th or 5th I've seen sense. It works.

Here are a few issues I have with the layout:

- Yellow, yellow, yellow. Too much. It worked for v1, but it's getting a bit old now. Also, it's really bright, especially against the white windowbgs.
- I said the logo concept was nice. Execution is a bit iffy. Get rid of the semi-transparent black text. Bring it to 100% opacity and your logo will be near perfect.
