Anthony, I haven't voted for anyone but you yet. Stop being awesome. I was actually wondering how difficult it'd be to make something completely from scratch then you go and do it. The shapes are perfect, placement, whatever, all so perfect and I hate you for it.
Napalm's is a very close second for me though, it seems kinda more of a space theme but it's pretty.

NapalM - Your composition is beautiful, but it just doesn't come across as "ocean". The photo looks more like a frozen tundra.
Sip - Same as above. I know what you were going for, but the top water effect looks more like the shark is frozen in a block of ice rather than jumping out of the water.
[Anthony] - Text is a too big, the white's a little bright, and I don't know what it is, but something just feels "off" to me about it. Excellent skill with the pen tool though. Especially the sea turtles.
lolwut? - the anti-aliasing really kills it. Was it compressed down/resized? The colours are odd, though compositionally it looks good.
Edenwax - I'm not crazy about the font, and I'm not sure what's going on in the bottom left corner. It's a good photo, and the water effect reads as it's supposed to. The horizontal bar is also a nice touch.
So yeah, I voted for Edenwax.
And I hope this post doesn't make me sound like a douche. >.>
I just know I like it when people explain why they voted and give criticisms, so hopefully this is helpful. And I'm no way an expert in any of this, I'm just putting my opinions out there.
