Greetings fellow posters! It is I, you're beloved admin, [Anthony]. Now, I'll admit it's been a while since I've seen a lot of you. And let me say, I've really missed every single one of you. From Sip all the way down to the lurkers who join just to use our resources.
There are some different things about WR. First off, we are no longer catering solely to the "resource" niche. Now, don't get me wrong, I'll still try to post some resources as often as I can and I'm sure other members will do the same. However, over the years I've discovered the great forums don't have a gimmick. It's simply just great members making friends, talking, and having a great time. And this is the business model we will be taking going forward. It is my job to ensure you, the member, have a fantastic time here at WR, and we all have fun doing it. Having a community is the most important thing to me.
I've cleaned house on staff, and of our threads. A fresh start will help us out in many ways, and I think you'll see the same. Special thanks to all of our former staff. If you decide to come back, and stay active, I have full confidence that you will regain your position. The following staff members I have decided to keep:
Sip, administrator.
Señor G, global moderator.
And that's it. If you wish to become a staff member the best option to take is just be yourself in the forums, I'll decide those worthy. If you must be one this instant, try filling out an application. I will say that those I hand pick will have more power than those who apply. However, if you show to me that you'll be a valued staff, I will reward you. I know I'm sounding like a pompous ass right now, but I think this might be the best option for us.
